Reci was engaged to carry out structural option studies for one of the phases of the development.  The exercise considered systems of conventional beam slab, tunnel formwork and aluminium formwork and their implication on the structural quantities, the cost and the programme.  5 types of architectural layouts having 15 stories were studied as part of the exercise to arrive at the optimum structural solution for the project phase.
