The project is mixed-use with high end hotel, office spaces and retail located at Lower Parel, Mumbai, India.  The tower is with unique architectural shape resembling hands folded in “Namaste” gesture and would be a landmark project once completed.  Reflecting ancient Indian expression, position of two hotel wings represents ultimate symbol of hospitality, welcoming its guests.

The lateral resisting system of structural walls are arranged in orthogonal direction divided into the two wings for this 308m tall tower.  These walls are coupled together with a series of cross bracings in structural steel to increase the building stiffness in the cross direction.

The front and back wings of the building are inclined from ground through to the 7th floor then continue vertically up the height of the tower to complete the aesthetic vision of Namaste.

The top steel feature extends above the 60th level for a height of 72m to complete the iconic shape of the building in a two-part tapered trussed form braced at the top.
