The high-rise towers of Revanta project situated near the base of Sanjay Gandhi National Park, with expansive views across the lush greenery of the Yeoor Hills on a ~12 acre plot.

Up to eight towers are spread across the plot, laid out to maximise the views, featuring mix of residential units.  Ranging from 34 to 47 floors over a basement, height of the towers varies from 130m to 150m above ground level.  Integrating the towers of the development is a G+10 story multi-level car park.  The MLCP is with heavily landscaped terrace, amenities set partially on the 8 to 10th levels and parking at lower floors.

Strong central core forms the stability component for all towers, whose design is fine-tuned structurally to maximise stiffness using minimum material, yet accommodating necessary vertical services within.  Beamless construction is adopted as far as possible within the residential units, with columns restricted to carrying gravity loads only, again maximising material usage. Rigorous analysis was employed to achieve the thinnest possible slabs, 125mm mostly, further optimising the structure. Low concrete content and exceptionally low reinforcement consumption, to the extent of 4.6kg/sq.ft., have been the greatest achievements on the towers.
