Waqar is pursuing masters in structural design and is passionate about his profession. During the start of his career he had an opportunity to work with M/s Wartex Systems PVT Ltd and got a sound knowledge of prestressing of bridge girders.  At later stage he joined M/s Nitin Tekale structural consultants in Nashik and worked for almost 3.5 years as a structural engineer.  He is well acquainted with the structural design softwares such as Etabs, Safe, Staadpro, RCDC. He has an eye towards detailing of design as well as drawings.

Kalpataru Vienta, Mumbai: Structual design of his premium residential complex with twin residential towers offering luxury 2, 3, & 4 BHK homes.  38 floors above ground and built-up area over 84,000 sq.m., each tower's arrangement includes three apartment wings radiating from the central core.

Diamond complex, Mumbai.  Design of Sale buildings of a large development consisting of four sale buildings and two rehab buildings, all primarily residential.  The sale buildings have commercial use at lower floors and also have a hotel component.  The height of buildings are not more than 70m with single basement for the sale buildings only.
